This patent pending system capitalizes on a growing trend of customer empowerment by allowing eatery patrons to pay for their meal at anytime during the dining experience. The kiosk styled touch screen unit is activated by a SoftPay™ self-pay card or loyalty key fob; pick-up customers can also enter their phone number. The customer can review his guest check and add gratuity before swiping a credit card or gift card to remit payment. A digital signature is captured and a hard hardcopy receipt is dispensed.
